Texas Hold’em Benefit tournament

We are holding a Texas Hold’em benefit tournament in honor of J~Flow.

If you have been thinking of how you can help, now is your chance.  The idea is to get together, play some cards, and have some fun. All for a great cause.

There has been a great response so far, unfortunately we will be limited to the first 100 people, if you are interested in playing or helping out, then please send an e-mail to Jon.A.Flowers@gmail.com (an account we created just for this purpose). Drop us a note letting us know how many of you are going to participate. 

More details to follow soon, $100 buy-in, Held at ALPINE VALLEY off of M-59 (White Lake)

September 10th check-in from 9am – 10am

10:15 go over rules (Standard tournament rules) everyone starts with a 100 in chips, blinds go up every 20 minutes. 10:45 Start tournament.  As people go out, tables will be divided and combined as needed during play according to high-card low-card draw

50% payout, 1st place 60%, 2nd place 20%, 3rd place 15% 4th place 5% (limit 100 players)

10 minute break every Hour, blind break-down as follows: every 20 minute blind change

First Hour= 1-2, 2-4, 4-8  (Color up from 1’s to 5’s) during break

Second Hour= 5-10, 10-20, 20-40

Third Hour= 40-80, 80-160, 160-320

Fourth hour= 300-600 untill we have a winner
